Summer time and the Pickle is easy The first full month has gone surprisingly well, we have had loads of great comments, some people genuinely moved with what they see, which makes us feel we have done something right.
The grand opening was just amazing, a lot of our regulars were invited along to enjoy a glass of bubbly and a spread fit for a queen, including an amazing cake made by our star baker Reni, white chocolate, pistachio and raspberry, it was the most delicious cake – ever.
The finishing off of the café is all coming together. Lots of people have given their time to help with the extension of the café and the results are looking amazing.
